How to wrap natural nails at home

Why? This can help prevent chipping while you attempt to grow out your natural nails, as well as cover up chips in nails to prevent further breakage and lay a smooth foundation for nail polish application.

Items you’ll need:

  • 1 tea bag
  • Clear nail polish
  • scissors

Step 1:

Choose any tea bag you have at home and empty it’s contents.

Step 2:

Cut tea bags to fit each of your fingernails (it doesn’t have to be perfect, you can always go in and cut off any excess paper).

Step 3:

I got the cheapest top coat at Target, $2.99

One nail at a time, layer a thin coat of nail polish (do not allow to dry) and immediately out cut tea bag on each nail. Smooth it down, cut off any excess and finish with a top coat.

REPEAT for all nails.

Add colored nail polish on top, if desired.
